Yes, we support deposits and withdrawals via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet through virtual-account (VA) transfers. When you select one of these banks at deposit, we generate a unique virtual account number in your name. Transfer the deposit amount from your personal bank account to that VA number.
Virtual-account transfers are processed during banking hours and may take longer than e-wallet methods such as mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. If you deposit via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet on a public holiday (such as Idul Fitri or Nyepi) or after banking hours, the transfer may not complete until the next business day.

Withdrawal processing time depends on your bank's clearing windows; most complete within 1–3 business days.
